Open Fire Supper Club continued with a memorable second evening featuring Chef Annisha, whose rich Mexican heritage blended beautifully with the bold, rustic flavors of Argentine open-fire cooking. The meal began with a crudo that balanced fresh acidity with a vibrant charred sauce, followed by a creative take on al pastor tacos using a traditional short rib cut. The night finished with a unique dessert combining sweet potato and Fernet Branca, a traditional Argentine digestif enjoyed throughout the region. Co-hosted by Hugo Heinz and Sophie Kardonski, with photography by Clara, the evening was brought to life in the welcoming atmosphere of OStudio in Brooklyn.
