Rooted in the traditions of his Córdoba upbringing and refined through years of travel and cooking, Hugo has built a style that is rustic yet elegant, bold yet deeply soulful.

Over his career, Hugo has cooked across the U.S. and abroad, from intimate rooftop dinners to celebrations in open fields. He trained in fine dining kitchens, collaborated with Agustin Mallmann, starred in Chefs and the City (Season 2), and co-founded the creative project Milasburg. His work has also brought him into partnership with lifestyle brands and creative communities, blending food with art, travel, and culture.

For Hugo, food is about connection. It’s more than what’s on the plate; it’s the people gathered, the stories shared, and the memories made. Guided by the seasons, rooted in his culture, and care for every ingredient, he creates meals that stay with you long after the night ends.
