Open Fire Supper Club x Fermin Couto

Open Fire Supper Club concluded with a remarkable final evening featuring my longtime friend and business partner, Fermin Couto. Drawing inspiration from traditional Argentinian dishes, we collaborated to reimagine and elevate these classics into a beautifully crafted menu. The night was further enriched by live music from my friends Michelle Ferrari and Mateo Narbona, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Co-hosted by Hugo Heinz and Sophie Kardonski, with photography by Clara, the event was warmly hosted in the inviting space of OStudio in Brooklyn.
