On a quiet island in Maine’s Annabessacook Lake, three chefs came together for a one-night-only destination dinner. Guests arrived at sunset, greeted on the shoreline and welcomed into an evening curated just for them. What began as a collaboration between strangers became a shared journey—one rooted in fire, food, and the unspoken camaraderie that lives in every kitchen.
