Upstate Art Week

In celebration of Upstate Art Weekend, Callisto Hudson Valley came alive in collaboration with the visionary artists of Colorwheels Collective. Guests wandered through vibrant installations that played with the wild landscape, blurring the line between art and nature.

Culinary direction by Monica Lee and Hugo Heinz echoed the weekend’s palette—Monica’s sculptural grazing table and Hugo’s fire-driven dishes transformed seasonal produce into vivid expressions of color and form. A gathering of art, flavor, and community in perfect harmony.
