In collaboration with Dolce Vita and Callisto, we curated an open-fire dinner feast at sunset in Upstate New York. Guests were invited to explore the farm, paint on the hilltop, play with the goats, and gather around a vibrant grazing table before settling in for a sunset dinner cooked over open flames. The menu, led by Monica Lee and Hugo Heinz, celebrated seasonality—highlighting peak ingredients and the spirit of cooking with the land. The space was brought to life by Omer Gilony, whose signature vintage aesthetic and decorative table art set the tone for a warm, transportive evening. A night of beauty, flavor, and connection in every detail.
